Step-by-Step Process
Submit your application through our recruitment form. We review your skills, experience, and fit for the NXCA network to ensure you’re a great match for our clients and projects.
Once accepted, you enter a 1–3 month onboarding program. You’ll receive training on our digital tools, systems, and processes, and get guidance on managing clients and projects effectively.
Start contributing to small projects or shadow experienced practitioners. This hands-on stage ensures you gain confidence while applying your skills in real-world scenarios.
After successfully completing training and initial assignments, you’re fully integrated into the network. Now you can take on projects, deliver value, and earn according to your impact with our value-based remuneration system.
Even after onboarding, you have access to ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities to upskill — ensuring your career with NXCA continues to grow alongside the network.
